How can we help you today?
MRI
Our MRIs are performed with the state-of-the-art Airis Elite. It’s open, spacious, and comfortable. You can even have a family member or friend sit with you. The scan is finished in 30-45 minutes, and we fax high-quality results to your doctor the same day.
Digital X-Ray
Our digital x-rays expose you to a reduced radiation. They are sent directly to a computer, with reduced exposure to ionic radiation. We fax x-ray to your doctor the same day. We send digital x-ray images to your doctor the same day, who can analyze digital images with greater accuracy.
Ultrasound
We are ideal for your ultrasound. We have same-day appointments, and walk-ins are welcome. Your doctor gets results the same day. Please call to ask if your ultrasound requires any preparation.
CT (CAT) Scan
Our CT (also called CAT) scan combines the use of a specialized computer and very carefully directed low-level x-ray beams. In consultation with our board-certified radiologists, your doctor can see very specific details to make an accurate diagnosis and suggest treatment.

At North Houston X-Ray and Imaging Center, we’ve been providing Houstonians with superb medical imaging services since 1998.
Located just off I-45 between East Tidwell and West Little York, we are easy to find and have plenty of free parking.
Appointments are available on the same day.
You can also come in for most imaging examinations without an appointment.
